This tool is a free online tool for blurring, pixelating, filling, and otherwise editing images in your browser.
This tool is provided as is. The developer does not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes to the Service
This service is operated as an independent personal project.
To ensure the continued operation of the service, we may implement changes such as feature modifications, usage limitations, advertisements, or other operational measures based on factors including traffic volume, server load, and operating costs.
The service may be modified, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.
Image Data Processing
Loaded images and processed images are handled entirely inside the user’s browser.
Image data is never uploaded, sent to, stored on, or collected by the developer or any third-party server.
This tool does not guarantee complete concealment of personal or confidential information in processed images. Users are responsible for checking processed images before publishing or sharing them.
Access Logs
Information needed to investigate and maintain continuous site delivery, such as access date and time, request URL, IP address, User-Agent, Referer, country or region of access, response information, and similar request metadata, may be recorded.
Access logs do not contain image data. Logs are used only as needed for the purposes above and are deleted or rotated when no longer needed.
Local Storage, Cookies, Ads, and Analytics
This tool uses browser localStorage to remember the user’s language preference.
At this time, this tool does not use advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or tracking cookies.
Prohibited Uses
When using this tool, the following actions are prohibited.
- Using this tool for any illegal purpose or purpose contrary to public order and morals.
- Using this tool to infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of any third party.
- Interfering with the operation of this site or placing excessive load on it.
Limitation of Liability
The developer is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this tool.
When working with important images or images that contain confidential information, users are responsible for checking the processed result.
Language and Translation
This page is provided only in Japanese and English. Pages in other languages link to the English version.
If there is any inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version is used as the reference.
Changes
